1 cup thawed whipped topping

1. Prepare cake batter.
2. Bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes.
3. Blend ¼ cup (4 Tbsp.) dry drink mix into batter before spooning into prepared muffin cups.
4. Cool in pans for 10 minutes.

7. 1 bottle (2 L) carbonated lemon lime soda, chilled

Instructions:
● Mix ¼ cup sugar and 1 ½ cups water with red drink mix into 2 cup liquid measuring cup or small bowl.
● Pour into ice cube tray.
● Repeat with remaining drink mixes, using additional ice cube trays as needed.
● Freeze for several hours or until solid.
● Add ice cubes to 10 oz. glasses just before serving.
● Fill with soda.

4 eggs

1. Cook 1 cup sugar and water in saucepan on medium heat for 8 minutes or until mixture is golden brown has a syrup like consistency.
2. Swirl pan carefully every few minutes.
3. Do not stir.
4. Pour into 9-inch round pan.
5. Blend milk, cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and remaining sugar in blender until smooth.
6. Pour over syrup in pan.
7. Cover with foil.
8. Add 1 qt. (4 cups) water to 7 qt. pan.
9. Place vegetable steamer inside.
10. Place flan on steamer and cover pan with lid.
11. Cook on high heat for 5 minutes.
12. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center of flan comes out clean.
13. Transfer flan to wire rack and cool completely.
14. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
15. Unmold flan onto plate.
16. Garnish with berries and mint.
